96.5 WCMF, Rochester’s Classic Rock, is proud to bring back Rochester’s long time Premier BBQ and Music Festival – the Roc City Rib Fest- this Memorial Day weekend at its new location, the Barnard Fireman’s Field in Greece.
96.5 WCMF’s ROC City Rib Fest will feature BBQ favorites from across the country and right here in Rochester. In addition, attendees to this four-day family friendly festival will enjoy live music on the entertainment stage, a retail and craft vendor area, and an interactive Kids Zone. A portion of the proceeds will benefit local first responders from the Barnard Fire Department.
“If there are three things The Break Room can get behind, it’s meat, music, and the West Side,” commented 96.5 WCMF Break Room morning show co-host, Pat Duffy. “The last thing we wanted to see was Roc City Rib Fest go away. WCMF is proud to be the one to bring back the Roc City Rib Fest and carry on this Rochester tradition. It’s hard to find an event where you can take your kids AND have a blast as an adult at the same time – but that’s exactly what the Rib Fest does.”
Check back often as event details, food vendors, and entertainment schedules are finalized.
